Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). We are experiencing delays beyond our usual timelines as we take necessary precautions and adjust our processes to keep our staff healthy. How much is US domestic shipping?

US ground shipping is free for ABLE rewards members! If you are a non-loyalty member, shipping is $3. To join ABLE Rewards and receive free shipping, sign up here.

How much is International shipping?

International shipping for all orders is $50. International orders are not eligible for expedited delivery or shipping discounts.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

UPS 2 day shipping is available for US orders for $15 **no Saturday delivery**. Expedited orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes. In stock, non-personalized orders placed after 11 am CST will ship the following business day.  

2 day shipping is not offered on personalized items. Please allow 5-7 business days to complete personalization. Items will arrive 2 business days after the item has shipped.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Thanks so much for your patience– we’re in this together. Delivery takes 5-7 business days for standard US shipping, 2 business days for expedited orders, and 2-4 weeks for international orders. Any Custom Personalization items will ship 5-7 business days from the purchase date.

What about the backordered item I ordered?

If you have an item in your order that was backordered at the time of your purchase, your entire order will ship when that product is available. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. If you would like your other items to be shipped immediately, please place separate orders. If you have questions in regards to a backordered item, please email our support team.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to the impact of COVID-19 on international shipping, we are currently only shipping to the United States and Canada. We hope to be back to shipping worldwide as soon as possible.

All prices on our site are in USD. If your cookies are turned on prices will be converted into your local currency. Orders currently ship via UPS & can take 2-4 weeks for delivery once shipping notice is sent.

**Depending on the country of delivery, your shipment may be subject to customs clearance. Fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country, and may include US Brokerage Fees. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order. Payment of fees is the responsibility of the customer. If your order is subject to customs clearance and needs to be picked up, a notice will be left at your door regarding your package. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand how this process works in your area before placing an order. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.**
